Begins with a characterful nose and aromas of the late harvest. Then scents of the small oak barrel maturation, vanilla, apple, ripe figs turn up through the palate. Great ageing potential with golden yellow color, men-like structure, long finish, great sugar to acid balance. Enjoy with savory dishes or with a Cuban cigar.
